A beautiful piece of vintage costume, the umbrella canopy made of fabric and dyed in striking blue, red, orange and yellow stripes over a metal frame bearing a branch called "Peerless, London." Wooden shaft carries an original silk tassel, and ends in a handle decorated with carved flowers. The Partnership is in remarkably good condition for its age, the colors are still bright and fresh.
